This role is an occasional, contract position based in Windsor, Ontario.ResponsibilitiesRespond to requests to deliver on-site crisis management services in a timely, clinically appropriate and professional manner; aligned with the unique needs of each incident and organizational cultureDeliver on-site crisis management services, including individual and group crisis interventions, debriefings, and corporate client consultationCommunicate closely with CMS Managers throughout the provision of servicesDocument services delivered in accordance with Homewood Health requirementsQualificationsA Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, counselling, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of workplace crisis management experienceFormal training in trauma response, psychological first aid and critical incident response (e.g. CISM; NOVA, Psychological First Aid, or related accredited training)Registration or clinical membership with the relevant governing bodyProfessional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood HealthExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsWritten and verbal French language fluency is an assetFlexibility to respond after hours periodically during the week and weekendsStrong assessment, crisis management-clinical skills and customer service deliveryDemonstrated crisis-based clinical judgment and intervention skills to support traumatic events impacting employees and the workplaceStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)Benefits and Work EnvironmentWe are driven by our values and are passionate about improving lives.
