Strong project management and organizational abilities are essential, along with experience in social media engagement, web production, and CRM platforms.If you are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to applyPermanent Full-Time positionHours of Work:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pmWill be required to work outside of regular business hours from time to timePrimary Responsibilities:Online/WebsiteDevelop, implement and manage social media profiles and engage with web audiences to generate buzz, build company reputation and generate leadsIdentify existing and emerging trends in social media and offer appropriate recommendations for how to capitalize on or respond to the trendsWriting & ResearchWrite newsletters, blogs, design surveys and other customer/internal communicationsWrite and co-ordinate approvals for media releases and collaborate with the marketing team for PR/media program development and trackingDevelop print and electronic sales and marketing materials including testimonials/case studies, brochures, product sheets, presentations, advertisements and direct mailProject PlanningOrganize and coordinate events and tradeshows from planning to execution. Including sourcing speakers, developing invitations, publicity, advertising, media releases, booklets and other promotionsOverall Team ContributionProvide input in the development of our communication plans, strategies and reportsAny other duties as may be assigned from time to timeRequired Skills & Abilities:Post-secondary degree in Marketing and Communications or related field and/or proven experienceSuperior research, writing, editing and communication skills, including a keen attention to detail and experience in creating SEO contentDemonstrated connectivity and engagement with the social media world including knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, technology, and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenariosExperience with web production, including SEO and CMSDemonstrated understanding of what goes into all aspects of successful marketing of a website e.g. SEO, web analyticsWorking knowledge of print production and other advertising media’s with the proven ability to work closely and build relationships with both vendors and contra partnersExperience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platformGraphic design, HTML and/or photography experience is considered an assetValid Class G License and access to reliable transportationExeculink requires successful candidates to complete a clear drivers abstractStrong project management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated both externally with customers as well as coordinating with other departments internallyGraphic design, HTML and/or photography experience is considered an assetKnowledge of telecommunications (internet, cable and telephony) products and services is considered an assetBe responsible for generating and assist in managing the content for the Execulink Telecom website, including the development of specialized web pages for targeted events or marketing campaignsWork with the team to help improve overall quality and user experience of our websiteUndertake research to support marketing programs and activitiesAssist in the management of Execulink’s advertising, partnership and sponsorship programContract with printers and other media vendors to deliver marketing and communications projects on time and on budgetEnsure that Execulink Telecom’s branding standards, messaging and style are consistent in all print and online communicationsWe thank you for your applicationExeculink Telecom is an equal opportunity employer that recognizes that a diverse workforce enhances our company culture and drives our success.
