Für unser Team am Standort Vancouver suchen wir aktive Verstärkung Das erwartet Sie Als Junior Business Analyst APAC (w/m/d) können Sie das abwechslungsreiche Tagesgeschäft der Victorum Capital Inc. mitgestalten. Unter Aufsicht des Senior Associate Business Analyst MEE arbeiten Sie am Prozess der Gebietsplanung, der Kontingentierung und der Segmentierung bzw. des Targeting. Diese praktische und sehr analytische Aufgabe erfordert die Bearbeitung großer Datenmengen, ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Vertriebskonzepten und die Fähigkeit, mit mehreren Geschäftspartnern zu kommunizieren und sinnvolle Arbeitsbeziehungen zu entwickeln. In abteilungsübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen arbeiten Sie zusammen, um historische Ergebnisse und Marktdynamiken zu interpretieren und zukünftige (Produkt-) Trends, Marktpotenziale und relevante Marktanteile zu prognostizieren. Qualifikationen Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische Denkweise und einen hohen Anspruch an sich selbst aus, was auch Ihre Qualitäts- und Ergebnisorientierung kennzeichnet. Sie verstehen sich als Teamplayer und handeln lösungsorientiert und flexibel. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und Mandarin oder Japanisch; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Sie sollten die MS Office Anwendungen ebenso wie die gängigen Business-Intelligence-/Datenabfrage-Tools (Tableau, SQL) sicher beherrschen.
