The position is based in Toronto and may require some international travel to other CITCO locations. The Design Systems Lead will report to the Design Director, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groups.QualificationsAbout You:Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience or certifications in a related area5+ years of experience in digital product design or systems design as an individual contributor2+ years of leading and maintain a design systemExperience with Material Design and MUIExperience building and maintaining complex design systems from scratch.Experience being part of or leading a successful team/project in a hybrid environmentCommunicational skills to build interdepartmental relationshipsLove working on finer details but know when to prioritize progress over perfectionAbility to advise and influence stakeholders through reasoningOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
