Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst We are seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team of consultants at our Montreal office. This role offers a hybrid work mode. Key Focus Areas: Patient Appointment Booking: Configuration of booking slots, resource requirements, provider schedules, etc. Development of front-end functionalities for booking, canceling, rebooking, and managing appointment series and groups. Understanding and reporting on appointment data. Procedure and Medication Order Flows: Focus on hospital environments, including clinic and outpatient orders. Documentation of workflows and order fulfillment, covering normal and exceptional cases. Qualifications: Knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare IT (excluding Insurance). Experience as a Business Analyst, Clinical Informaticist, or System Analyst. Proficiency in documenting business requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interpret regulatory documents and translate them into business requirements. Attention to detail balanced with business realities. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system. Bilingual in English and French is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
