Over the past decade, we’ve supported clients on pursuits totaling more than $18 billion in sectors such as IT, communications, water treatment, passenger rail, transit, infrastructure, and power generation.If you’re a strong communicator with a natural curiosity, high energy, and a knack for writing and organization, this is an opportunity to build your skills and gain exposure to some of the most exciting projects in the industry.What You’ll Do:Support the development of RFQ and RFP submissions by gathering information, coordinating inputs, and assisting with timelines and deliverables.Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.Collaborate with project teams and senior proposal managers to synthesize technical information into accessible content.Help prepare checklists, trackers, and responsibility matrices to keep projects on schedule.Contribute to proposal design and formatting in MS Office and Adobe tools to create professional, polished submissions.Participate in team meetings, ask questions, and offer suggestions that help uncover ways to improve positioning.Assist with lessons-learned reviews to continuously strengthen C2C’s best practices.What You Bring:Excellent writing and communication skills – you can take complex information and make it easy to understand.Curiosity and initiative – you’re not afraid to ask questions, dig into details, and seek out missing information.High energy and organization – you can juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and work well with diverse stakeholders.Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools is a plus.Some experience in proposals, marketing communications, project coordination, or related roles is an asset – but above all, you’re motivated to learn and grow.The Ideal Candidate:You may be early in your career in proposals, marketing, or communications and looking for an opportunity to take the next step.
