We operate full-day early learning and childcare centres for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with before and after school extended-day programs for kindergarten and school-aged children at over 27 locations across the Greater Hamilton Area. Location: Greensville; 625 Harvest Road, Dundas ON L9H 5K8 Total Weekly Hours: 19 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 6:00pm Pay Rate (per Collective Agreement, includes wage grants): RECE: 27.94 per hour Why Work with Us? (an asset) Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and organizational skills Characteristics Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Key Responsibilities Plan and implement activities to support children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Maintain an engaging and welcoming environment for children and families Complete documentation and meet Ministry of Education requirements Collaborate with Hamilton Wentworth District School Board faculty We are committed to providing accommodations in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
