Base pay range CA$22.00/hr - CA$23.00/hr 12 month contract + possible extensions Pay: $23/hr T4 Must Haves 2–3 years of marketing experience (including co-ops/internships) in program coordination, analytics, or campaign support Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data (intermediate abilities with Excel) Project/program management skills including creating workback schedules, timelines, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables Ability to craft compelling narratives from data, balancing analytics with storytelling to influence stakeholders Foundational understanding of brand marketing and campaign execution (creative development, asset trafficking, rollout coordination) Excellent multitasking and collaboration skills, comfortable working with digital, creative, and ecommerce teams to deliver on time High attention to detail with a creative eye for marketing assets and customer experience Nice to Haves Experience in CPG marketing or retail environments Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital campaign execution> Hands-on experience building or enhancing marketing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) Exposure to trafficking creative assets and managing partner relationships Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Marketing Program Specialist to support a leading Canadian retailer’s marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own program timelines, build workback schedules, and deliver data-driven reporting that tells a clear, impactful story. This role blends analytical rigor with creative coordination — you’ll dive into performance data using Excel and internal dashboards, then translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with digital, creative, and ecommerce teams to traffic assets, support tactical campaign execution, and ensure seamless rollout. Ideal for a junior-to-mid-level marketer (2–3 years including co-ops) with strong program management, multitasking ability, and a passion for blending data with brand storytelling. CPG or retail experience is a strong plus. This is a high-visibility role with room to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
