Project Manager, Hazardous Materials and Indoor Air Quality Overview Direct message the job poster from Englobe. Your Main Responsibilities Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules Coordinate and manage projects, including, but not limited to: Designated Substances/Hazardous Materials Surveys Indoor Air Quality Assessments Industrial Hygiene Assessments Mould and Water Damage Assessments Hazardous Materials Tendering and Abatement Supervision Potable Water Asbestos Abatement Contractor Oversight, Inspections and Air Sampling Building Demolition Oversight Coordinating projects in other areas of Environmental Consulting, if required Management of project budgets and project tracking Generating and providing technical reviews of deliverable documentation such as technical reports, proposals, and qualification packages Managing and/or generating deliverable documentation of various projects including technical documents Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures and work plans Interacting, coordinating, and scheduling projects with clients, as directed by the Team Lead or Director Participating in project management meetings, office meetings, health and safety inspections Maintaining a commitment to exceeding client expectations by delivering high quality work Maintaining professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships Conducting project administration tasks as required, including timesheet generation, project finance management and project invoicing What Makes You Unique Undergraduate degree and/or applicable (science/engineering) diploma Minimum 10 years of applicable experience in indoor air quality or hazardous materials environmental consulting Experience providing reviews to proposals, specifications, case studies, technical and non-technical reports Solid understanding of provincial and federal regulatory requirements Possession of valid driver’s license Access to a reliable personal vehicle for site visits, meetings and site-specific tasks; Englobe reimburses mileage as per policy Possession of or eligibility to obtain/apply for provincial or federal security clearance Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety What Makes Englobe Unique Real flexibility Multiple opportunities for professional growth, mentoring and skills development Access to a free telehealth service Flexible schedules and the ability to compress work hours A hybrid work arrangement A full range of benefits (including cost-sharing group insurance and a group RRSP) An employee assistance program for you and your family Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Civil Engineering and Environmental Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Englobe.
