Drive operational excellence, ensure superior customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality across all functions.
Balance day-to-day operations with long-term performance goals, manage financial outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and creative problem-solving to enhance processes.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to execute long-term performance goals and support infrastructure investments.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire operational teams to achieve excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer service.

Operations Management: Oversee production, scheduling, order entry, and customer service functions.

Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and oversee discretionary spending, purchasing, and capital projects.

Innovation: Champion continuous improvement, automation, and engineering advancements.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in paper, packaging, or materials.
Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and complex supply chains.
Expertise in capital projects, automation, and engineering improvements.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A relationship builder who values inclusivity, feedback, and high performance.
A strategic thinker who makes sound, data-driven decisions under pressure and fosters a culture of growth.
