Base pay range CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yr TEEMA's manufacturing client in Richmond, BC is seeking their next Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decision-making, and drive improvements in financial planning and analysis. What You’ll Do Analyze financial results, capital spending, and key performance indicators against prior periods, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly reporting packages. Collaborate with senior leadership to build and update financial models on revenue forecasts, margins, capital expenditures, and operating budgets. Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, operations) to monitor variances, identify trends, and develop projections. Support business case development by evaluating alternative approaches, identifying risks, and proposing mitigations. Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives in FP&A to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset. 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or public practice. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to manage large datasets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly. Why Join?
