POSITION : Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist LOCATION : Remote (1 day / week in office located in West GTA, Ontario) MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies. Our client is a global privately owned leader in industrial distribution and they are on the hunt for a French / English Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their collaborative HR team. This role combines full‑cycle recruitment with hands‑on HR operations and systems support, helping to shape a positive employee experience from first contact to long‑term success. MUST be fully bilingual (French / English) - both written and verbal. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end recruitment for both bilingual and non-bilingual roles across Canada with a focus on sales and leadership positions. Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and enhance the employer brand. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and guide effective hiring decisions. Manage onboarding, reference checks, and candidate experience initiatives. Support HR systems and processes including HRIS updates, reporting, and benefits administration. Contribute to HR projects that improve efficiency, data integrity, and team operations. Be a culture ambassador — fostering inclusion, engagement, and alignment with company values. REQUIREMENTS MUST be fully bilingual (French / English) - both written and verbal. 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment ideally within sales or field-based environments. Post‑secondary education in HR or related discipline; CHRP designation (or in progress) is an asset. Experience with HRIS systems and / or benefits administration. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, values‑driven culture.
