Position Overview Match Retail is seeking energetic and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent a premium coffee machine brand within Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales. Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. What We Offer Program Duration: October to December 8, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs. Hours: 40 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Monday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Compensation: $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold. Training: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed). What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally with sales targets or incentives. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales. Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting. Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset. Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality. Access to a vehicle is required. Valid Food Handler Certification is required. Full availability Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
