**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering expert guidance and knowledge on our premium cigars and merchandise.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with customers to understand their preferences and requirements, suggesting the most suitable products.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain the boutique's immaculate appearance and cleanliness and product organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Stay current with industry trends, new arrivals, and promotions to provide clients with the utmost satisfaction.
- Expand your expertise and sales acumen during your leisure work time.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Store Owner.

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrated retail sales experience of 1-2 years.
- A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service and building enduring customer bonds.
- An innate curiosity and passion for product knowledge.
- Strong sales aptitude and a results-driven approach that fuels sales success.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.

*Competitive starting wage at $17 per hour with paid training and various growth opportunities.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
