This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a full team of technicians and advisors while driving department growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What We Offer: Compensation: Based on performance, annual earnings can be over $70,000 per year Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Ongoing training, mentorship, and management support Opportunities for career growth and advancement within Plaza Auto Group Community Involvement: Take part in initiatives that give back to our local communities Positive Work Culture: Join a dynamic, energetic, and supportive team environment that celebrates excellence Primary Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Body Shop department Oversee smooth operations across all areas, including quality performance, customer service, and overall effectiveness Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross profit, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis Hire, coach, train, and reward employees to achieve department objectives Work alongside service staff to train associates on dealership policies and procedures Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure high levels of satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned to support department success Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and organizational skills Time management and multitasking abilities Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement Teamwork and collaboration across all departments Experience & Knowledge: Experience in PBS and electronic repair order systems Strong background in automotive customer service and service department operations Strong knowledge of the collision repair process 3 - 5 years in previous leadership or supervisory experience, specifically in Body Shop/Collision Must have a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract If you are an experienced service professional ready to take your leadership skills to the next level and help drive department growth, apply now to join Plaza Auto Group's Harper's Collision location as an Assistant Shop Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
