Base pay range CA$52,100.00/yr - CA$57,500.00/yr Job Overview At Edward Jones, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works with financial advisors to provide administrative support and a seamless client experience. You are the first point of contact, answering calls and greeting clients on the walk‑in. Role Summary As a BOA you support client accounts, facilitate communication, and help the advisory team achieve long‑term goals. You will receive comprehensive 6‑month training and ongoing mentorship. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Manage account opening, transfers, and documentation under the advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and manage correspondence. Support marketing initiatives and update standard operating procedures. Use technology platforms such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software. Skills & Requirements Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Adaptability and strong conversational skills. Digital tool utilization and team collaboration. Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
