During a history spanning over 60 years, our client has designed some of Canada’s most notable buildings, primarily in healthcare.RoleAssist and collaborate directly with Project Manager to execute highly creative, concept-driven, and artistic interior design projectsHandle interior design projects from start to finishPrepare renderings and presentation material for client & project meetingsPrepare complete and detailed construction packagesSource materials, finishes, fixtures and furnitureAssist with project coordination and contract administrationQualifications and Education RequirementsHold a Degree or Diploma in Interior DesignHave great design skills, style and is excited about creative workMust be extremely proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe and PhotoshopExcellent understanding of construction drawings and specificationsExcellent understanding of BC building codeMinimum 3 years of experienceBe able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a teamMust have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about developing his or her interior design careerHave great communication & client facing skillsPreferred SkillsInstitutional experience in the healthcare, justice, and research facility areas of practicePlease apply with a copy of your latest resume and portfolio #J-18808-Ljbffr
