Regular Day for You Will Include As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best‑in‑class service. Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed. Gathering loan information. Selling our loan and protection products. Closing loans virtually and in person. Following up past‑due customer accounts. Cash controls including taking payments. Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customer’s trust and loyalty. Must‑haves Authorized to work in Canada. High‑school diploma or the equivalent is an asset. Great communication skills. Extra – Awesome To Have You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution. Previous experience working with loan origination software. Post‑secondary education in Finance or Business Administration. Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work environment.
