This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.**Location:** This position will be based out of our **Toronto, Canada** office. We strive for collaboration, which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long-lasting careers.**Our business, your impact, our opportunity:****What you’ll be doing:**Data Analysis & Reporting:* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.* Prepare and present detailed reports to management, highlighting actionable insights.Process Improvement**:*** Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization.* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Operational Support**:*** Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.* Assist in resolving operational challenges and ensure alignment with business objectives.Systems & Tools Management**:*** Utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy.* Provide training and support to team members on operational systems as needed.Compliance & Risk Management**:*** Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.* Identify and mitigate risks within operational processes.**What you’ll bring:*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an operations, analyst, or similar role.* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong asset.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is preferred.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.**Salary Range:** $62,500 – $80,000 CAD.
