What you’ll be doing Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports to management, highlighting actionable insights. Process Improvement Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Operational Support Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Assist in resolving operational challenges and ensure alignment with business objectives. Systems & Tools Management Utilize various software tools and platforms to streamline operations and ensure data accuracy. Provide training and support to team members on operational systems as needed. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks within operational processes. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an operations, analyst, or similar role. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
