Position Overview:


Our client is currently seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to join their

team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding

Our Client's market presence and driving user acquisition through targeted

business-to-business sales efforts. You'll engage with businesses across The

Greater Toronto Area, promoting and facilitating the adoption of Our Client's

recruitment app.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to businesses within assigned territory to introduce
  • Our Client's recruitment app and its benefits.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the app's features, functionalities,
  • and competitive advantages.
  • Build strong relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business
  • owners to understand their recruitment challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value
  • proposition of Our Client's app and how it addresses specific pain points.
  • Drive user acquisition by securing commitments from businesses to download and
  • utilize the app for their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities,
  • events, and campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to
  • the sales manager.
  • Represent Our Client with professionalism and integrity at all times, adhering to
  • ethical business practices and maintaining a positive brand image.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role, with a
  • track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • quickly and effectively influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and
  • pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a
  • clear and compelling manner.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry and/or HR technology solutions is
  • preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a willingness to
  • travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation, as this role requires
  • frequent travel to client locations.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
