Growing rapidly and gaining national respect for our innovative services, we need to hire a Recruitment Manager for our expanding business.As a Recruitment Manager, you will use your proficiency in Recruitment as part of our Professional Services team to help our clients succeed. You will work with ROSS clients to improve their recruitment process, including reducing time to hire, increasing the quality of their candidate pool, and reducing costs.You will manage the recruitment process including creating dynamic job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, then liaising and negotiating with clients throughout the process, including offer letters and reference checks. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relations with ROSS clients, integrating into each client team and serving as a strategic partner in terms of recruitment solutions.At ROSS, we have a culture of integrity, accountability, customer focus, and excellence; we foster an environment of passion and fun. We also support and encourage ongoing personal development and career enhancement, believing that learning and development for our entire team is critical to continued success.Required Qualifications & Skills3-5 years of recruitment experience; corporate recruitment experience preferred.Experience recruiting for technology roles.University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or Commerce.Outstanding communication and written skills.High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.Ability and desire to attend after‑hour networking meetings and events once per month.Core CompetenciesOrganizational AwarenessStrategic InfluencingCustomer Empathy and FocusTenacity and ResilienceLocationAlthough we have an office in downtown Toronto, you must have the ability to work from home on occasion. In addition, you must have or be willing to obtain reliable transportation, as you will be working on client sites across the GTA (which may include locations not readily accessible by public transportation).SalaryThe salary range is flexible depending on your experience. The typical range is $60,000–$70,000.
