Company Description

Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality is currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our growing Human Resources team. You will help build on the existing recruitment strategy, ensuring that our recruitment efforts are finding the right talent to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with the rest of the HR team, to ensure that recruitment processes are well integrated into the overall talent management strategy.

**Job Description**:

- Utilize knowledge of online recruitment sites and social networking forums to attract and source applicants
- Develop the selection criteria and assessment process
- Oversee interview questions, guides, and training resources
- Organize and conduct interviews and assessments
- Conduct recruitment meetings to go over recruitment needs
- Participate in People Planning/succession planning meetings
- Develop the recruitment plans and strategy for new project openings
- Proactively seek new recruitment initiatives and continue to build the overall recruitment strategy
- Participate and organize career fairs with the partnering schools and internal events
- Work on projects with the HR team to ensure recruitment processes align to overall talent management objectives
- Assist with other HR duties and projects

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in recruitment, within the hospitality industry as asset
- Experience managing others an asset
- Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
- Excellent food, beverage and wine knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage time and workload, and ability to multi-task
