In A Nutshell: Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, this position fulfills a facilitation/coordination role for the IT department. Day in the Life: Assign with the research of moving to the cloud, including Office 365 and Exchange. Assist with the implementation of a new IT Ticketing System. Provide technical support to end users. Install, configure, analyze and support all desktop software and associated hardware and accurately identify and resolve problems with respect to desktop hardware, software or desktop connectivity issues. Apply diagnostic utilities and techniques to aid in troubleshooting, solving or referring as appropriate. Access software updates, drivers, and knowledge bases to aid in troubleshooting and identify new opportunities for efficiencies. Identify and develop options for end-user improvements. Perform preventative maintenance routines on workstations, printers and peripherals. What We Are Looking For: Understanding of requirements gathering, business processes, networks, Microsoft applications, hardware and security. Must have proven oral and written skills. Proficiency in and comprehensive knowledge of various Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office (including Office 365), Adobe products, and various other applications. Valid Driver's license.
