Produce Clerk

The Produce Clerk is responsible for keeping sales counters stocked with attractively displayed products; provide high-quality customer service; check product quantity and quality; carry out product rotation; ensure that the department is clean and tidy; adhere to company standards and policies in your work; and perform any other tasks deemed necessary as part of the job and/or by your supervisor.

**PRODUCE CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in all manner of store maintenance and cleanliness
- Comply fully with all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper rotation of products, and handle product damages and credits according to company policy.
- Other duties as assigned

**EFFORT AND WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Physical Demands - Standing, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, ability to carry/lift

- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting of fruits and vegetables.
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing; Excellent listening skills

**Experience you bring**:
The ideal individual would have some experience however this is not a requirement. We will provide you with training to set you up for success.

**Availability**:
This individual must be available to work day shifts 7-3:30 (Monday-Friday) and weekend rotation x1 Full Time position or x2 part timers (1 might be able to work with a students schedule).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

- Weekends as needed
