Work Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid Onsite – 4 days a week) Mandatory Skills 7-10 years’ experience with Java software development; Spring Boot (2.x) development of REST APIs and developing enterprise-level microservices. UI experience is highly desirable. Some experience building and operating applications on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (or similar Cloud environments) Experience working in an Agile development team. Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Automated Testing tools, or similar tools) Some experience with event driven architecture (e.g., Apache Kafka) Some experience with database management platforms like HDFS, DB2 and SQL Nice to have Experience with Insurance industry (Life, Disability, Wealth) would be an asset.
