Here are the main responsibilities: Collaborate with business unit leaders and stakeholders to execute client growth initiatives and ensure consistent implementation in a matrix environment. Clarify opportunities, needs, and success factors for each initiative to align objectives. Organize meetings and workshops with experts to define and present business objectives and requirements. Produce an overview of projects and prepare clear, concise progress reports for governance bodies and senior management. Act as a catalyst for change to accelerate the delivery of a comprehensive offer to clients. Oversee the production, delivery, and quality of deliverables related to growth projects, ensuring compliance. What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We’re looking for someone who: Is recognized for their ability to mobilize teams around strategic initiatives. Stands out for their deep understanding of business issues and distribution networks. Demonstrates strong ability to work in a matrix environment with diverse stakeholders. Is recognized for their results-oriented mindset and growth focus, influential leadership, critical thinking, creativity, and ability to navigate complex environments. Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally coordinating growth initiatives in marketing or sales. Holds a university degree in administration, marketing, or a related field (required). Possesses excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of English, as the role requires using English daily, delivering inter-team presentations, and interacting daily with unilingual English-speaking employees.
