We’re the guide, the sherpa, the point guard, and the technical advisor for our clients throughout the implementation phase As a Senior Solution Consultant in our Professional Services team, you will implement and customize our product to fit our customers' needs and environment. You’ll lead our customers through a successful delivery of our search solution by using your technical skills (JavaScript & TypeScript) and consulting mindset. But hold on When we talk about customization, we don’t mean changing the colour of the UI here. At Coveo, we’re talking about indexing, in the cloud, millions of documents in many different systems and delivering search results that are relevant to the user’s situation in less than a second, all to ensure an exceptional digital search experience. What You’ll Do Develop innovative solutions by improving and customizing our “Out of the box” functionalities based on our customers needs and expectations, all while ensuring the solutions fit with their existing systems (ex: integration with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and more). Deploy the solution so it connects with the customer's systems in place: that means on‑premise for some, in the cloud for others and even a mix of both for specific customers. Configure and optimize our solution so it consolidates information and ensures features, functionalities and plug‑ins. Fine‑tune their relevance rankings so that the list of results is contextualized for users. Transform our users’ experience with intuitive and easy‑to‑use customizable interfaces and JavaScript libraries implementation. These will allow Coveo to naturally fit with the client’s systems. Qualifications 8+ years of experience of coding skills with primarily JavaScript and TypeScript. If you’ve got Python, HTML/CSS, C# and/or Java… well that’s even better Experience with modern UI frameworks like React.js, Vue.js and Angular.js. Data normalization and field mapping are concepts you are familiar with. Consulting and/or client‑facing experience, understand the importance of timely communications and see value in collaborating with colleagues to find the best possible solution.
