THE OPPORTUNITY Long Term Occasional Assignment – Technology & Skilled Trades – 2 sections Location John F. Ross CVI Rate of Pay $59,300.82 - $119,670.49 per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2025 Required Qualifications Intermediate Technology Effective Date January 30, 2026 – unknown, not to exceed June 26, 2026 Responsibilities The Long‑Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing continuous, high‑quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting student achievement and well‑being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
