Job TitlePatient Services Specialist – Full Time LocationFYidoctors Surrey, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada Job DescriptionOur FYidoctors Surrey clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist. This full‑time role (30‑40 hours per week) is Monday to Saturday and focuses on delivering world‑class patient service. You will act as the front desk receptionist, handle pre‑testing duties, and serve as the first point of contact for patients. What You’ll Be Doing Warmly greet patients as they enter the clinic. Check patients in and out of the office. Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email. Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments. Administer pre‑testing services. Uphold excellent customer service standards. What You Bring Customer‑facing experience, preferably in a retail environment. Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort using technology and computers, with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite. A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people. An ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. CompensationThe expected hourly compensation for this position is $19.19‑$19.57 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
