Patient Services Specialist

Job Description FYihealth group’s FYidoctors – Surrey clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. This part‑time position requires 20–29 hours per week, with the clinic open Monday to Saturday. You will play a critical role delivering world‑class service, acting as the first point of contact for patients at the front desk and handling pre‑testing duties. In addition to reception duties, you will be responsible for checking patients in/out, communicating by phone and email, managing appointments, prescription printouts, billing and payments, and administering pre‑testing services. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
