If you bring an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit.Responsibilities:Deliver practical, hands-on legal support that advances business objectives while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.Provide strategic legal advice and actively participate in the execution of initiatives, contracts, and corporate programs.Monitor, interpret, and advise on current and emerging legislation to support informed, forward-looking decisions.Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements that align with operational and strategic goals.Collaborate with external legal counsel on specialized matters such as litigation or complex regulatory issues.Serve as a proactive business partner across departments, advising on governance, employment law, privacy, cybersecurity, collective bargaining, and equity-related matters.Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor of Laws (LL.
