In this key role, you'll partner with executives and frontline staff to enhance safety culture and drive organizational performance. Your ability to manage claims and develop innovative safety programs will be crucial in ensuring the well-being of employees and drivers. Report directly to the Director of Operations for optimal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee safety programs and preventive initiatives • Create and implement training programs for compliance • Manage claims involving complex WCB processes • Analyze performance data to foster improvements • Collaborate with internal and external partners
Requirements: • Extensive experience in health and safety leadership • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of COR certification requirements • Proven track record of influencing organizational change • Ability to mentor and develop future safety leaders
