With your valuable contribution to the business in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in ERM to continued growth with Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager, Business Resilience you will lead the team to:Support with establishing Aritzia's approach to enterprise risk management.Identify, monitor, and track existing and potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to Aritzia's operations across all workplaces.Develop, maintain, and execute plans that outline how Aritzia will continue critical operations during and after a disruption.Develop, maintain, and execute plans that prepare for and manage crises, ensuring the business and senior leadership can respond effectively.Implement contingency measures to recover infrastructure quickly after a disruption to ensure minimal downtime.Educate employees and stakeholders on resiliency practices, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption.Regularly test and simulate emergency scenarios to evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity and crisis management plans, and implement necessary improvements.THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Manager, Business Resilience has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in business resilience, operational risk management, and disaster recoveryA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 -$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
