Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? As Senior Manager Enterprise Risk, you will work as part of a small team, supporting the Director Strategic Risk and the Senior Director Enterprise Risk with execution of both the strategic risk program and the risk maturity assessment program. What will you do? Maintaining the Enterprise Strategic Risk PolicyDevelop and maintain Strategic Risk measures and metricsCoordinate oversight of strategic planning with GRM partnersCollaborate with regional teams to help coordinate oversight of strategic planningReport on the Strategic Risk profileCollaborate with and support other Enterprise Risk Management functions as neededPromote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processesSupport the risk maturity assessment work, includingWhat do you need to succeed? Must-have 4+ years of experience in financial services and/or risk management.Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive audiences.Nice-to-haveExperience working in strategy.Strong grasp of data tools.Ability to manage complex projects, meet high-quality standards.What’s in it for you?
