The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, from light-duty pickups to heavy construction machinery. If you're an experienced technician with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality workmanship-this could be the right fit for you.Pay Rate: $79k/year.Location: Port Perry, ONJob type: Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilities:Performing repair and maintenance on heavy trucks and light-duty pickup trucksInspecting bulldozers, excavators, skid-steers, and similar heavy equipment for faults and malfunctionsUsing computerized diagnostic tools to assess internal combustion engines (gas and diesel)Adjusting and repairing or replacing parts, components, or systems using hand and power toolsTesting equipment to ensure performance meets manufacturer specificationsConducting MTO yearly safety inspectionsPerforming routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenanceResponding to occasional on-call emergencies when requiredRequirements:Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.Valid 310T Mechanic License (Ontario)Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of diesel and gas enginesGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow instructions and work well in a teamStrong attention to detail with safety and quality in mindValid Ontario Driver's LicenseOwn hand tools (up to 3/4")Reliable transportation and punctualityDon't miss out on this Licensed 310T Mechanic position in Port Perry, ON.
