Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Full Stack Development: Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our web applications.
  • Laravel Expertise: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Laravel framework, utilizing its features to develop robust and scalable back-end solutions.
  • Adaptable Technologies: Exhibit a strategic approach in selecting and utilizing technologies that best align with project requirements, ensuring optimal solutions to complex problems.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize database structures, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases is desirable.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices to maintain high code quality. Implement and manage quality assurance processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Stay Current with Technology Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance the Happipad platform.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership for junior developers, lead by example to help build an enjoyable and rewarding work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and managing development teams.
  • Solid understanding of web application development processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contribution to open-source projects.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
