Job purpose The Account Supervisor plays an integral role within the account team through dedicated thought/brand leadership working towards executional excellence and management of the day- to-day workflow. This individual will be driven, buttoned down and passionate about delivering great ideas efficiently and flawlessly. The Account Supervisor will manage, coach and develop direct reports. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with multiple partner agencies in support of various integrated client programs.Duties and responsibilities:Flawlessly drive execution processes through the agency (integrated disciplines)Provide superior project management of day-to-day workflowProvide support to client meetings, setting objectives, and actively participate in selling Agency’s positionDevelop strategically sound briefsBuild strong relationships with colleagues, clients and Agency partnersWork with clients to identify key challenges/opportunities that need to be addressedUse strong creative instincts and develop superior selling skills to ensure the best possible creative and innovative solutions gets soldAccurately manage budgets/resources on job-to-job basisManage, coach and develop direct reportsDelegate effectivelyParticipate actively in the personal appraisal process to improve performanceQualifications:University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Commerce5+ years previous experience working in an advertising agency with a solid foundation in digital, CRM, and mass disciplinesMinimum 6 months - 1 year in an Account Supervisor positionInterest in managing, coaching and mentoring junior staffSolid foundation and understanding of the key roles and responsibilities of Account ManagementExtremely organized with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong oral and written presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with a professional presentationEagerness to learn and contribute to team successDemonstrate an interest and passion for advertisingConfident in own abilities and ideas, and not afraid to provide input to the teamConfident and articulate managing and communicating with clientsThe Company welcomes and encourages applications from people with visible and non-visible disabilities.
