Our manufacturing client just 20 minutes north of Barrie, ON in the mining industry is seeking a Millwright Mechanicto join their team. If you have worked in a heavy industrial environment and want to join a growing team, then read on Job Title: MIllwright Location: 20 minutes north of Barrie Pay Range: $44.99/hr Shift Premiums: $1.15 & $1.40/hr (3 shift biweekly rotation) Perks: full company-paid benefits, pension match to 6% + 3% additional contribution, vacation, OT after 8hrs What’s the Job? Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Perform general maintenance tasks, assist trades, and operate tools/equipment as required. Inspect, troubleshoot, and report defective parts or equipment issues promptly. Accurately manage work orders, supplies, and stock levels to minimize downtime. Apply knowledge of mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, etc.) to support maintenance and repair activities. What’s Needed?
