Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists onshore/offshore. Drive performance and accountability through clear KPIs and objectives. Test Execution & Reporting: Oversee test case creation, execution, and defect management using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, qTest). Provide test metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders. Ensure traceability between test cases and business/technical requirements. Automation Tools: Guide implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks for capital markets systems. Evaluate and integrate testing tools suitable for complex financial applications. Regulatory Compliance Testing: Ensure QA processes support MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or other relevant regulatory compliance efforts.
