Operations Associate – Fulfillment & Imaging Group What is the opportunity? As an Operations Associate – Fulfillment & Imaging Group, you will be responsible for performing daily oversight on complex processes and provide analysis and customer service support for exception‑based, highly specialized operation processes. You will handle and process CRA inquiries such as Requirements to Pay (RTP) and Request for Information (RFI). You will liaise with various operations departments to research, investigate inquiries and issues, resolve concerns, and provide a seamless operations service experience. Key Responsibilities Investigate and process CRA RTP and RFI inquiries in English and French for Dominion Securities and Direct Investing. Liaise with other operation departments, RBC business units, external customers, or industry participants to provide research, problem resolution, or information retrieval. Provide accurate analysis and processing support for exception‑based, complex, and/or highly specialized processes. Suggest process changes and system modifications to reduce risk or increase efficiencies; participate in testing and implementation of new systems and processes. Train and act as a resource for other operations team members. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What you need to succeed Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Ability to understand and meet business daily support needs on an ongoing basis. Ability to work efficiently and accurately on complex, specialized processes with minimal supervision. Strong customer‑service, organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and confidentiality skills. 4‑year degree from an accredited university or equivalent, or high‑school diploma with 3+ years of securities, banking, technology, and/or industry experience.
