This role focuses on ensuring the network continues to grow with net new quality partners, and that those partners are successfully activated, supported, and positioned for long-term success within our network. This role is results-driven and brings strong execution, process ownership, and partner-facing expertise, and serves as a go-to resource for publisher onboarding and early-stage support.ResponsibilitiesPublisher RecruitmentSupport publisher network growth by identifying, recruiting, and qualifying new publisher partnersConduct outreach and initial conversations to assess publisher fit and traffic qualityIdentify out-of-the-box affiliate target opportunities to support client program growthGuide prospective publishers through the application and approval processMaintain accurate records of recruitment activity and pipeline status via HubSpotPublisher Onboarding & ActivationOwn the onboarding experience for new publishers, from acceptance through activationEducate publishers on platform capabilities, policies, and best practicesEnsure publishers are set up correctly and meet activation requirementsPartner with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and reduce time-to-valuePublisher and Network SupportServe as a primary point of contact for publishers during onboarding and early lifecycle stagesRespond to publisher questions related to setup, tracking, etc within a timely fashionProactively identify and address common publisher challenges or blockersEscalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolutionReporting and TrendsTrack onboarding progress, activation status, and key support metricsFlag potential risks or quality concerns to senior team membersCommunicate opportunities and strategic insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Monitor industry trends, competitors, and publisher activities to stay ahead of changes and innovationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Public Relations, or a related field.Demonstrable experience in customer support and customer relationship managementStrong organizational and process management skills and comfort working with CRM platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience in affiliate and influencer marketing is a strong assetProactive, independent, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ability to think critically and follow throughAt Fintel Connect, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace as an equal opportunity employer.
