Our Tel Aviv office offers an incredible buzz, annual trips abroad, team events, personal development opportunities, and performance media education as some of the perks of working with us.What You'll Be DoingIdentify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key media partners, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging ad networks.Build strong, trust-based partnerships that create mutual value and long-term collaboration.Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with Adcore’s business goals.Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships, unlocking new opportunities for growth.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and media buying) to integrate partner solutions and optimize campaign performance.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.Represent Adcore at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or media relations in the digital marketing, ad tech, or media industries.Proven track record of building, maintaining, and growing successful partnerships.Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and programmatic media buying.Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable partnership strategies.A passion for collaborating, networking, and driving business growth.Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional languages are an advantage.ApplicationThe opportunity to build meaningful, long-term partnerships.Global exposure and collaboration with top-tier media partners.A highly competitive compensation package, including an attractive salary and performance-based rewards.A dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative work environment.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Hands-on experience with cutting-edge advertising technologies.Fun company culture, team events, and career growth opportunities.ApplicationPlease attach your CV in English along with your application.Applications without a CV will not be considered.APPLY NOWWe thank all individuals for their applications.
