RNS Health Care is seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team, providing high-quality care to adult clients in the community. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between a salaried position or contractor work, as well as full-time or part-time hours based on your availability.

*Who We are Looking For:*
* Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
* *ADP Authorization* is required.
* Experience working in a community-based setting, with adult populations.
* Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Access to a reliable vehicle for home visits in York Region.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

*A Day-to-Day Look at the Role:*
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments in clients' homes within the community.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence.
* Provide guidance on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation techniques to improve quality of life.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in delivering client-centered care.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation that adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
* Adhere to the code of ethics of the profession, in maintaining standards of practice for the profession as defined by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
