About the Role:

RNS Health Care is seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team, providing high-quality care to adult clients in the community. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between a salaried position or contractor work, as well as full-time or part-time hours based on your availability.

Who We are Looking For:
Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
ADP Authorization is required.
Experience working in a community-based setting, with adult populations.
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Access to a reliable vehicle for home visits in York Region.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

A Day-to-Day Look at the Role:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments in clients' homes within the community.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence.
Provide guidance on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation techniques to improve quality of life.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in delivering client-centered care.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation that adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to the code of ethics of the profession, in maintaining standards of practice for the profession as defined by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
