This is a high-accountability leadership position for a systems-driven operator who thrives on scaling processes, leading teams, and driving performance across multiple locations. You will oversee and coach a team of District Managers, General Managers, and League Managers, ensuring flawless nightly execution and sustained athlete growth. Your mission: build a world-class operational engine that powers Brodie League’s growth and athlete experience.
