As a trainee, you will develop skills through ongoing training, innovation opportunities, and collaboration with diverse colleagues. Job Overview Base Salary: $52,500 + profit sharing. Full‑time salaried position with comprehensive benefits. Relocation within Canada may be required for training. Assistance provided. Role & Responsibilities As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4‑phase program: Phase 1 – Warehouse & Customer Service: Learn product knowledge, logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, credit, and financial statements. Phase 2 – Customer Relationships & Procurement: Build customer/vendor relationships, read blueprint drawings, and create material quotes. Phase 3 – Account Management & Proactive Sales: Drive business development, negotiate contracts, and expand the customer base. Phase 4 – Leadership & Operations: Lead a team, mentor others, and set vision and strategy. Upon completion, you will manage a Canadian profit‑center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma (all disciplines considered).
