Overview Employer Industry: Nonprofit and Charitable Services Why consider this job opportunity: Hourly compensation range of $26 - $28 Opportunity for career advancement within a growing organization Supportive and inclusive work environment that values collaboration and personal growth Chance to make a meaningful impact in the community through charitable work Flexible work schedule with full-time hours, Monday to Friday Engaging work that involves direct interaction with charities and donors Responsibilities Provide high-level customer and technical support to charities, donors, partners, and stakeholders via phone, email, and live chat Implement the call experience model and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to maintain and update the knowledge base and internal documentation Use critical thinking to identify urgent cases and escalate them to the appropriate departments Participate in projects to improve customer support operations and represent the employer's brand values Qualifications Bilingual in French and English 1-2 years of experience in a customer service call center or technical support role in a SaaS, online, technology, or eCommerce environment Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to connect with empathy Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in a nonprofit or charitable organization Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Self-motivated team player with a passion for community building Familiarity with new technology and eagerness to learn #Nonprofit #CustomerSupport #Bilingual #CareerOpportunity #CommunityImpact We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
