Lead Paris Baguette café service with POS expertise and food safety knowledge while directing team members during store operations. Deliver friendly, fast service to every customer.
The Team Leader reports to the General Manager and helps run the store efficiently. You will delegate duties, check completion, prepare beverages, operate machines, and maintain clean spaces. The role also includes product quality checks, display rotation, catering orders, deliveries, and opening or closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate floor duties and check crew completion
- Enter customer orders accurately using Toast POS
- Prepare beverages and coffee during business hours
- Check product quality and rotate pastry displays
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and sanitization procedures
Requirements:
- One to two years of Paris Baguette food handling or store experience
- High school diploma, GED, or some college preferred
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to become certified preferred
- Basic math, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
