Financial Service Representative (Hybrid) - Outbound calls Work Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking. Pay Details: $45,700 – $61,000 CAD per year, with potential for progression. Responsibilities Speak with customers, delivering friendly support through knowledge of TD products, services and solutions. Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact by asking questions and responding with empathy. Consistently achieve performance objectives: customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets. Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching to continue developing skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual – fluent in French and English. Exceptional listening skills and curiosity to help customers meet their needs (preference for experience in financial or service industries). Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and screens with speed and accuracy while balancing metrics. Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, headsets, etc.). Flexibility, resiliency, and positive attitude when responding to challenging situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Integrity when managing sensitive customer information in compliance with regulatory guidelines related to servicing and sales practices. Language Requirement This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or who require services in a language other than French.
